How BHW Works
Burge Hughes Walsh believe that no matter how good something is - a system, a person, a process - it can always be better. The Core Tasks Model illustrates the dimensions of the challenge.
To address the challenge of change, BHW has developed a Spectrum of Activity that bridges knowledge and practical results-orientated implementation.
Individuals acquire and apply knowledge. BHW provides a suite of development programmes all engineered to improve organisational performance by improving individual competencies and skills.
